Our commercial surveys are similar to the residential Level 3 Building Survey and are also very in-depth, albeit for a different purpose.  Just like for our residential surveys, we offer a bespoke survey that is tailored to each property, unlike other products on the market that are often completed via drop-down menus in their report software.

When we inspect a commercial property, we will look at the fabric of the building, we will assess its condition and advise about any defects or structural concerns. Depending on the purpose of the survey, we may also include a schedule of condition which can be invaluable at the commencement of a lease.

For new builds, we examine the construction information and progress of certification, as well as advising on any issues for our clients left over from base build such as fire safety restrictions, drainage crossing the demises (meaning force place can be lost due to maintaining excess and accessibility). 

Our inspections also focus on regulatory compliance matters, and may include a fire risk assessment, work-place safety, feasibility of adaptations and proposed use, both technically and with consideration of planning law.  We tailor our reports to meet you needs.
